I ordered this Dorman product from Amazon since it was significantly lower in price than the same product sold at national auto parts stores and obviously much lower in price than the OEM part. The Amazon and Dorman websites said that this part would work in my 2007 Toyota Rav4 Limited 2.4L. When I received the first part from Amazon, the door lock feature did not work but the other 5 features did. I never had any problems with the door lock feature on my 15 year old OEM part (3 of the 4 windows "froze"). I tried to talk to Amazon Customer Support 3 times but was unsuccessful with getting a good answer so I returned the part for a refund. I then ordered another identical part from Amazon. When I installed the second part, the same issue was occuring - the door lock feature would not work. I used my key fob to cycle the door locks a couple of times and then tried the door lock feature again and it worked. I have tried it several times over the past couple of days and it continues to work. I would have given this a 5 star if the first one worked as advertised.
